Frequently asked
Can I still qualify by buying an apartment?
No. Residential real estate was removed in 2023. Fund subscriptions and the donation categories remain.
Will I become a Portuguese tax resident?
Not automatically. Tax residence follows your days in country and your centre of vital interests, which we plan alongside the application.
